Why a Personal Trainer? Can't I do this on my own?

Absolutely, you can achieve your fitness goals on your own. However, personal training offers unique advantages that can accelerate your progress. With a personalized assessment of your body, including how it moves, your strengths, and areas for improvement, you'll gain valuable insights to optimize your fitness journey. Combine this knowledge with a customized workout plan, dedicated support, and accountability from your trainer, and you'll experience faster, more targeted results than you might achieve alone.

When will I see results?

While individual results may vary, you may begin to notice changes within the first month. For more substantial, lasting results that you can truly see, feel, and integrate into your long-term goals, we recommend allowing at least 3-6 months. - and that's why we start you out at three months.

How long should I attend Personal Training?

The aim isn't to keep you in personal training indefinitely. It's to help you achieve your goals, teach you how to sustain them, and empower you to continue confidently on your own.

Why do you mainly work with women over 40?

We understand how unsettling it can feel when your body seems to change overnight. You have the Bestie Train option. Can I train with my husband/spouse instead?

Absolutely! There no better bond than one that lifts you both up and one that you work on together. Your significant other will receive everything you receive: a personal assessments and personalized plan, support, and check-ins.

How often will I have to work out after I have reached my goals?

We're here to make lifestyle changes and make it fun and positive! Our suspicion is that you will not see it as a burden, but look forward to maintaining your activity level, and want to keep pushing yourself in new and exciting ways! We're hoping that once you feel strong, fit and energetic, that you'll look to other activities to enjoy: kayaking down the Grand River, joining a pickleball league, running a marathon, or purchasing a pair of nostalgic, big-wheeled roller skates - whatever keeps you moving and having fun! Of course, we’re pretty confident you’ll still have a passion for weight training too. As you progress, staying active becomes easier and more enjoyable, making it a natural part of your lifestyle.
