Gett'r Done Personal Training

Discover personalized assessments designed to identify growth opportunities in three key areas: cardiovascular health, muscular strength, and skeletal alignment. Your journey begins with an initial consultation and assessment at our conveniently located downtown Kitchener office.

Master proper exercise techniques and strength training form to maximize results and reduce the risk of injury.

Work alongside a dedicated trainer who collaborates with a network of specialists, including nutritionists, to provide comprehensive support tailored to your goals.

 

 

Includes:

Two to Three 55 min in-person fully-customized personal training sessions per week at your doorstep - your home gym, condo gym, or the gym we use.

 

Alternate option: virtual sessions for $55/session

 

Goal setting with accountability and regular check ins.

 

Best for those wanting to get the most out of Personal Training and dedicate enough time per week to make lasting lifestyle changes. Benefits typically include quicker results, variety of exercises, and higher and consistent levels of motivation.

2 sessions per week/12 weeks $65/session

3 sessions per week/12 weeks $60/session

The Busy Woman

Includes:

Meet and greet and assessments at our downtown Kitchener office, where we explore your opportunities for growth in three areas: Cardio, Muscle and skeletal.

 

Two or three lunchtime 25 min virtual or in person fully-customized personal training sessions per week. We can come to your workplace gym, or a meeting room and we'll bring the resistance bands or dumbbells, or we can meet at the gym we use. Please note that virtual sessions  for lunchtime training are at the rate of $35/session.

 

Goal setting with accountability and regular check ins.

 

Benefits typically include using time you already have to work out, steady and long term results, natural motivation to eat well at lunch after workout.

2 sessions per week/12 weeks     $45 per session

3 sessions per week/12 weeks     $40 per session

The Bestie Train

Spend time with your bestie by training together! You'll both get personal assessments in cardio, muscle and skeletal fitness, as well as goal planning with check-ins to encourage you to be your best selves. 

 

Recommended to sign up for three 55 minute sessions per week. Virtual or in-person at your condo gym, workplace gym, home gym, or the gym we use. Please note that virtual sessions are at the same rate as in-person sessions, as you will have a program tailored to both of you in the same amount of time as a 1:1 session. 

 

A perfect excuse to have a regularly scheduled hang with your friends, feed your social life, hold each other accountable, and have fun!
